Hello, Lakeside Leopards! My name is Mrs. Casarez and I am excited to share that I have been working for Lakeside Union Elementary School for several years (22 years to be exact!). My journey began in 2000 at Gardenside Elementary where I was  an instructional aide in the Special Education Department. Shortly after, I joined the after school (ASES) program as a tutor. I received my teaching credential in 2010 from Brandman University. Since then, I've taught 1st Grade, 4th Grade, 5th Grade, and supported many students through Reading Intervention. I look forward to a new year and making lots of  wonderful memories!
